West Highland Way - Day 1, Milngavie to Drymen -12 Miles

You couldn’t miss the starting point this morning

Dumgoyne, the western end of the Campsie Fells, rising up behind the Dumgoyne Distillery.  The distillery reopens tomorrow!

Can't believe you missed the distillery by a day! still much better to drink water on a long distance walk i think..... the photos are beautiful - makes me want to get out there - just off for a little 2-3 mile jaunt in Greno woods in a bit, I will imagine those beautiful far reaching hill views you've got. Keep taking care, drinking and eating enough and staying warm and dry x
